SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from receipt of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
UK Shipping: Standard shipping within the UK is £2.99, or free for orders over £50.00.
Dubai Shipping: Standard shipping within UAE is 15 AED, or free for orders over 250 AED.
International Shipping: For deliveries outside the UK and UAE, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Times
UK: Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days.
Dubai: Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days, same-day delivery is an additional express cost.
International: Delivery times vary from 7-15 business days depending on the location.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Shipping is available to most international destinations. However, we do not ship to certain regions due to logistical constraints. Please check during checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to
follow the progress of your shipment.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@yourscentsational.com
within 7 days of receiving your tracking information for assistance with the resolution process.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery in both the UK and Dubai.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and packaging should be intact.
How to Return
Contact us at info@yourscentsational.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return shipping label for qualifying returns within the UK and UAE.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.
Gift cards, sale, or discounted items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items upon arrival. To request an exchange, please contact us at info@yourscentsational.com or reachout to our customer care team on +447399936999 with your order number and details. We do not currently offer exchange services once the order has been shipped. Please return your item and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your
original payment method.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Receiving An Incorrect Item
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact a member of our Customer Care Team via email 
or by phone +44 73999 36999. Please have your order documents to hand as you will be asked to
state your order number and the product codes.

Customer Care Team will advise how you should proceed with the return of your item.
Upon receipt of your goods, we will then process a full refund or exchange.
Please note, until we are in receipt of your items, they are your responsibility.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
